The Story:
This exceptional Grade 1 nano lot comes from the Konga washing station in the heart of Yirgacheffe, a region renowned for producing some of the world’s most prized coffees. Using traditional natural processing methods, ripe cherries are carefully sun-dried on raised African beds for 12–15 days, ensuring the vibrant flavours are fully developed.
The high altitude, fertile soils, and heirloom varietals of Yirgacheffe come together to produce this truly special coffee. Yirgacheffe is widely seen as the pinnacle region of Modern Speciality Coffee.
Konga’s natural process highlights the coffee's Fruity acidity, sweet pastry base, and exquisite fresh and floral notes of green apple and effervescent jasmine, making it a true standout for coffee enthusiasts.
