Since 2020, we have been fascinated by the entire process of coffee. From the huge amount of varietals, to soil acidity and weather at origin, through processing, to carefully creating roast profiles and finishing with brewing method. It is a rabbit hole that we are fully head down at BEAR and have been overwhelmed by the incredibly strong positive reaction and the sheer amount of people who have joined us on this adventure through coffee!
