Tanzania – Tarime Natural – Dessert Brightness

🍋 Lemon Meringue // Fresh Berries // Shortbread 🍓

Think citrus curd over buttery biscuit with a side of ripe berries—dessert-like but lifted and lively. A cup that feels playful yet refined.

Brewing Suggestions
• Filter: sparkling citrus with biscuit sweetness.
• Espresso: jammy berry shortbread. Add milk: lemon tart in a cup.

From the highlands of Tarime in northern Tanzania, 750 smallholder farmers deliver handpicked cherries to the Muriba Coffee Processing Unit. Here, cherries are water-soaked, then dried slowly on raised beds for up to five weeks, locking in vivid fruit sweetness and biscuit-like depth. Dormans, the exporter, works closely with these AMCOS groups to support replanting, training, and fairer incomes.
