Fazenda Vila Boa – It's Brazil, but not as we know it
🍩 Jam Donut // Sweet & Doughy // Boozey // Funky 🍷
If Classic Brazil is a Snickers bar, this is a Jam Donut.
Funky, sweet, and dripping in jammy goodness, it’s Brazil—but not as you know it.
This coffee comes from Fazenda Vila Boa, where Monica Borges de Sousa, once a psychologist, swapped Freud for fermentation tanks.
Now the farm’s carbon neutral, leading the way in innovation with a 72-hour Oak Barrel Fermentation that gives this lot its unmistakable boozey sparkle and bold fruit punch.
It’s bright, sweet, slightly wild—and dangerously drinkable.
🌍 Origin: Carmo da Mata, Sul de Minas, Brazil
👩🌾 Producer: Monica Borges de Sousa
🏡 Farm: Fazenda Vila Boa
🌱 Varietal: Arara
⛰️ Altitude: 1,140m
🔬 Process: 72-Hour Oak Barrel Fermentation
Brewing Suggestions:
This is your wild card espresso—rich, jammy and full of character. Add milk and it turns soft, boozey, doughy and creamy.
Try it as a filter brew for all-out brightness and rich complex funky flavours. Either way, you’ve never had a Brazil quite like this.
