Casa de Piedra – Sparkling Perry, Yes Please!

🍐 Sparkling White Pears // Sweet Shortbread // Apricot Jam // Strawberry 🍓

Think crisp pear cider on a sunny day, a dollop of apricot jam, and that buttery, golden shortbread bite that just melts into everything. Finca Casa de Piedra delivers Costa Rica at its Tier 1 finest—clean, sweet, and subtly indulgent.

Grown in the lush hills of Tarrazú, this Natural Red Catuai comes from Café Directo, a family-run estate founded by Gerardo and Jennifer Arias—a father-daughter duo with over 30 years of speciality coffee wisdom. They’re not just growing coffee—they’re building a legacy of ethical trade, sustainability, and processing mastery.

This lot is naturally processed with Costa Rican precision: selectively picked, density-sorted, and then slow-dried on raised beds for around 30 days. The result? A beautifully balanced and vibrant cup that makes you question why you haven’t always had Costa Rican naturals on your shelf.
