Grown between 1650 - 1800 meters above sea level, this Castillo varietal exhibits a classic Colombian profile of Chocolate, sweet raisin notes and a crisp Green Apple acidity.
It is fantastic to have as a pour-over V60, and we recommend letting it cool slightly before you drink it to really accentuate that rounded caramel sweetness.
