The Story:
Felipe Arcila’s dedication to quality shines in this microlot from Jardines del Eden. Each cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness and sundried on raised beds under temperature-controlled conditions.
This coffee features the SL28 varietal, originally developed in Kenya and exceptionally rare in Colombia. Grown in volcanic ash soils, it offers an intense tropical aroma and a delicate, silky flavour profile. Expect caramel sweetness, fruity tones, and a grape-like acidity reminiscent of sour candies.
For the best experience, allow the coffee to rest for 2–3 weeks post-roast, though it will begin to shine after just five days. Perfect for filter brewing and a standout addition to your coffee bar.
